What do you do when your bootcamp coach says "time for pushups?" I'm willing to bet you groan, shoot a dirty look or, at a minimum roll your eyes. Admit it - you know its true!

Pushups aren't the easiest thing in the world to do. But they are worth every bit of effort you put into them. Pushups work SO many muscle groups. Primarily, they work your deltoids (shoulders), triceps (back of the upper arm) and pectorals (chest).

One simple change you can make to drastically improve your health is to remove any and all processed sauces, dips and dressings from your diet.  Store-bought dressings in particular are often lacking in nutrients and fiber, and are high in unpronounceable preservatives, salt, sugar and unnecessary, unhealthy fats (and can taste artificial).

Sunscreen...a necessary essential all year long, but especially now.  Before you head to the beach or even your own backyard, double check your sunscreen for an expiration date.  If it has expired, get a fresh bottle.

Don't forget to cover the tops of your feet, your toes and your hands.  Slather up and enjoy your wonderful summer!
