Celebrate Hollywood's best: Enter to win a prize

Celebrate Hollywood's best: Enter to win a prize

News10 has been gearing up for the Oscars and our post show this Sunday Feb 24 by running a week-long contest to challenge your Academy Awards knowledge.

That means that every day this week on our 6pm and 11pm newscasts we shared a historic moment at the Oscars and highlighting an actor or actress when we did. All you had to do was texted us that person's last name at 25543 by 1:00am the following day.

Since we spotlighted a different person every day, you were able to enter the contest five times this week, increasing your chances to win our weekly prize -- a hundred dollar Target gift certificate.

The winner was randomly picked from 508 correct texted submittals and announced on our Saturday 6pm and 11pm newscasts.

Her name is Jo Ward.

Congratulations, Jo!

And thanks to everyone who entered our two contests honoring the Academy Awards.
